[24]7.ai plans to add 2,500 new jobs in TS by next month
The recruitment drive from college campuses in Warangal and Nizamabad will take place in collaboration with TASK

Hyderabad: [24]7.ai, a California-based customer solutions and contact centre service provider announced that it will hire across its voice and chat processes department to serve its international client base. A total of 9,000 new jobs will be added across its India presence, by FY'23, of which 2500 employees will be hired from Telangana by October this year. The company has partnered with Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) in Warangal and Nizamabad for the campus recruitment drive.
[24]7.ai said it was recently rated amongst the "Top 50 companies in India" as a great place to work by the global certification agency, 'Great place to work'. Nina Nair, SVP & HRD head, India and America, [24]7.ai said, "We nurture fresher's to lead them into leaders. This is one of the key reasons that our attrition rate has consistently remained much lower than the industry. We were amongst the frontrunners to introduce remote working in India which allowed us to reach beyond metro cities and expand our talent pool."
Nair further added that with nearly one third of India workforce being women, [24]7.ai will prioritize hiring women and individuals from the LGBTQI community. "With work from anywhere option [24]7.ai is looking at concerted efforts to tap into talent from tier 2 and 3 cities. The company has in place initiatives like 'earn while you learn scheme' that provides undergraduates an experience of work life as they continue to study."
To ease in fresher's and hires from tier 2 and 3 towns, 'campus to corporate', on- the -job learning initiatives, soft skill training and coaching initiatives are in place. Wherein the new recruits get an opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients using conversational artificial technology, Nair said.
